Great staff! Nice room, very cozy and spacious. There is a refrigerator, which was very important for us. The bathroom is also large enough, there are towels and slippers. Stayed at this hotel for a day, there were no problems for the entire period. You can also ask the administrator for all the necessary additional dishes. And all this at any time of the day, the hotel is open 24 hours.
Fabulous hotel with comfortable, clean and well furnished rooms. I loved the wooden beam roofs and the fact that it’s a refurbished convent from the 17th century.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff at reception are multilingual and very helpful.
Great location. Historic building that used to be a convent. Nice, clean rooms that are modern but keep their historic character. Friendly staff. North Americans will love this historic and mysterious place. Some rooms have views while others may not. Cuenca is a"hidden" gem, like a mini-Toledo but not as crowded.
fantastic location good WiFi good breakfast. room very nice and cool .lots of places to see you will take hundreds of pictures .parked my motorbike just down the road with lots of others .
Loved this place. We have a suite and the views were really nice.
The.whole.place was great albeit we didn't spend a great time actually in the hotel.
Loved the 4 poster bed but watch out if you get up at night in the dark and you're not used to having the posts in your way!
A great hotel and location in Old Town! We decided after checking in to ask about a room upgrade and got 319, the rooftop room with a Terrace overlooking the entire Town! Just made the stay incredible! Breakfast was good, self service but we'll appointed.
Nice hotel in a historic building, with character, in the old part of the city. The staff were friendly. The room was a little banged-up but bathroom was lovely and spacious. I had the most comfortable bed and pillows of my last three weeks in Spain! We had a lovely view on to the Parador and part of the Huecar valley. Downside: The WiFi was unreliable and cut-out many times. A real problem when you need internet for your travel plans and running a household back home.
